Halo 4 Achievements Revealed

has been hard at work on probably the biggest  this year, 4. I think it’s safe to say, we’ve been waiting rather impatiently. But that wait is almost over.

For all you insane achievement hunters, we’ve been dying to know what’s in for us, agreed? Well good news, everyone! The achievements for the latest Halo game have been revealed! From running through the entire campaign on Legendary to achievements, 343 Industries has designed these achievements very delicately and with great care.

“Our primary goal when creating Halo4′s achievements was to reward milestones and increase replay value while balancing both difficulty and the breadth of game modes. Our secondary goal was to live up to the Halo tradition with weird ass names for some of them (hello, The Dongblainer!). While you will only be able to speculate on the exact nature of some of these achievements, here’s a peek at their very basic in-game descriptions.”

HALO 4 ACHIEVEMENTS

Dawn
Complete Mission 1 on any difficulty.
10 points

Requiem
Complete Mission 2 on any difficulty.
10 points

Forerunner
Complete Mission 3 on any difficulty.
10 points


Complete Mission 4 on any difficulty.
10 points

Reclaimer
Complete Mission 5 on any difficulty.
10 points

Shutdown
Complete Mission 6 on any difficulty.
10 points

Composer
Complete Mission 7 on any difficulty.
10 points

Midnight
Complete Mission 8 on any difficulty.
10 points

Wake up John
Complete the Campaign on Normal or harder.
20 points

I Need a Hero
Complete the Campaign on Heroic or harder.

The Legend of 117
Complete the Campaign on Legendary difficulty.

Lone Wolf Legend
Complete the Campaign solo on Legendary difficulty.

Complete any Campaign mission with 3 or more Skulls on Heroic or harder.

Complete any Campaign mission co-operatively on Heroic or harder.

Contact the Domain
Find a Terminal in the Campaign.

Terminus
Find all of the Terminals in the Campaign.

Digging up the Past
In Mission 1, find and access Chief’s record.

Midnight Launch
In Mission 2, get significant air in the Warthog at midnight.

This is my Rifle, this is my Gun
In Mission 3, carry a UNSC weapon all the way through on Heroic or harder.

Bros to the Close
Make it through Mission 4 without one preventable Marine death on Heroic or harder.

Mortardom
In Mission 5, hijack a Wraith and use it to kill at least four enemy Wraiths on Heroic or harder.

In Mission 6, trick or force a Hunter to fall to his demise.

In Mission 7 in solo Campaign, take out both Hunters using only the Sticky Detonator.

And there you have it folks! The entire achievement list in all it’s glory! My excitement has tripled once again due to the fair variety that will be easy to achieve and some that might not. Stay tuned for more information as the release date gets closer and closer.

    I haven’t done the reset but I was in a lobby where a guy had done it all day and I was in the same lobby with him and 343 reset the whole lobby’s rank and credits. Can anyone tell me if they are still banning people or resetting them because that lobby took place in May 15, 2011.

    After Halo Reach comes out, and 343 Studios/343 Industries/Whatever they’re called, who will be the ones doing the future updates for Halo Reach, for example Map Packs and other DLCs — Will It be Bungie or 343?

    as most halo fans know, halo is now being created by 343 industries. I know they were recentley established by microsoft but i want to know is if what i heard about them is true. I heard somewhere on the web dont exactly remember that 343 is actually a group of people from bungie that didn’t want to stop the halo series. What i want to know if this is true and if it will affect the classic gameplay that i love from halo

    I am a huge fan of Halo, and I understand that the game-play visuals have been updated so it looks a whole lot better, and that you can switch from the original visuals and the new updated visuals through out the campaign when ever you please, but will the cut-scenes be visually updated as well or will it be the same as when the original Halo Combat Evolved was released. This may be a stupid question but i was just wondering if 343 Industries has given that information out or not.

    How can people not know that already. :(

    At my school, there is a little argument going around. The question is who made the Halo Series? Some people seem to think Bungie, and others think 343 Industries. I personally think Bungie made it. Can anyone tell me (which sources stated) who actually made the Halo Series?

    With Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary coming out on Novemeber 15th for the 10 year anniversary of Halo’s release and Halo 4 in development. Do you think 343 Industries will remake Halo 2 and give it the HD treatment? Personally Halo 2 is my favorite of the trilogy. I’d love to see them remake the game with the original intended ending. There was suppose to be another 2 or 3 levels that actually took place of the Forerunner ship. I hope they remake Halo 2 and include these levels. It would fit better with the opening of Halo 3. What do y’all think?

    I was just curious because halo 4 is a continuince of the halo 3 story. Some bungie members might’ve joined up with 343 industries.

    Me and my mate completed the game as a coop, but some levels I did not get the achievements for because we done some of them as 1 player. So can I get the achievements playing online?

    They are offering to hire people for jobs such as engine designers, game designers, and even multiplayer network designers. This must mean they are working on a game obvisouly so what kind of halo game is it. I know it has not been announced but it be cool to hear what people think they are making and what you want them to make.

    I know 343 industires alraedy does alot in the halo stuff I also know halo reach is bungie’s last game for halo(so ive heard). so is 343 industries taking over making the next halo games or does it just end at the Halo reach. I really hope there are more halo games. thx
