According to Namco Bandai, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition and Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss DLC pack include an untold chapter in the world of Lordran. Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will be available on the PC platform on August 24th 2012 and later this Winter on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 (PS3) as DLC.

I think its the most awesome song for starting a game! It just rings in my ears and fills my heart!

Why does everyone seem to think that Dark Souls is so much more better? Is it because you can kick? Whoohoo. Or maybe it’s because after dying a hundred times against a boss, and finally killing it, you get some sort of over-triumph feeling in your gut. All you get is more souls anyway, and a useless item like “Rubbish”. How fitting.

I am certain (though I use that term hesitantly) that I have just begun my own Dark Night. However, in all of the writings I’ve encountered about the topic, not one mentions the potential for the feelings to come and go. Most of the time it is a dark cloud that follows me, but very occasionally the feeling will, for the most part, leave for perhaps an hour or two. Has anyone else experienced this?
