Foreign Company Stakes Claims at Mobile Market with PS VITA Knock Off

Talk about pissing off a crowd. Recently a new device has surfaced on the internet from Long Xun Software called the Droid X360. What it should be called is ‘how many people can we get to sue us?’ device. The Droid X360 looks exactly like a PSVita but has the operating system of an Android device.

And if that wasn’t enough, they’ve went ahead and slapped X360 (short for ) on the bottom of the devices area similar to where it would be for ’s PS Vita. Oh wait, there’s more. They then added the Droid moniker to the front of the actual device which will bring and into this giant mess. Talk about making enemies.

Demo: Droid X360 Android PSP Game 5 Inch

On a surprising note, the device is actually quite spiffy; it sports some of the latest and greatest pieces of technology can buy.

Tech Specs:

  • 5-inch Screen
  • (OS)
  • 1.5GHz single-core Quanzhi A10 processor
  • 512MB Ram
  • 8GB built in space
  • 2-megapixel Camera
  • VGA port (top of device)

Oh, and I forgot to mention the Droid X360 can play games. So let’s recap the companies that will be filing patent infringement claims and other miscellaneous things. We have Verizon, Sony, , Sega, and Motorola. Now that’s what I call making a splash at a party, the only one that’s missing from this list is Apple.

I have a sony vaio with windows 7 on it, and I want a macbook, but theyre way too expensive…so I thought I’d just get some of the apple software. I already have Itunes, safari, and quick time player. Are there any other apple software products I could download?

  2. Im planning to grow a apple tree in my front lawn and i was wondering what is the easiest apple tree to grow?

  3. When I had diarrhea recently, the nurse told me that applesauce was helpful, but fruits (except banana) and fruit juices were to be avoided because of the laxative effect. And I know independently that apples and apple juice are both laxatives. What happens to make apple sauce not a laxative? It’s just apple bits floating in apple sauce.

Also it doesnt matter what type of apple every apple makes me feel sick. It is a recent thing. Only over the past 3 years this has happened before i used to love apples i ate one or two everyday. But for some reason i stopped doing that for around a month and the next time i had a apple it made me feel sick and it still makes me sick to eat apples. What is wrong with me?

  5. The apple juice I buy is called “Simply Apple” and is made from actual apples. The average apple contains about 10% daily value of vitamin C and yet the whole bottle contains none. What could be the reason for that?
By the way, I know they sell fortified apple juices, but I don’t like those.

  6. I have Verizon’s National Access broadband on my computer and I use my phone as a modem. There are to different speeds for Verizon service, 1x which is the slowest and EV which is the broadband speed. I live on the borderline of both EV and 1x and it continuously bounces between the two. I have a Motorola Razr v3m I think. Is there a secret way I can get it to lock on the EV tower.
    Please help.

  7. Height of tree: about 9 feet
    Variety: Norland apple
Climate: colder climate with shorter summers.

-Should I buy all purpose garden soil? Mixture of composted sheep manure & peat moss? other?

-And also how big should I dig the hole? The apple tree comes in a normal 5 gallon pot.

    Thanks in advance! :D
I am buying two so that they can cross-pollinate. Is 10 feet apart too close together?

  8. my recipe says apple spice and apple pie spice but i have o idea what they are or what the diff is. and also is there a way to make it from home?

  9. I am making Paula Deen’s Apple Pie and it calls for 7 medium apples. What type of apples should i use? I have heard that it is good to use a mixture of different types? Is this true?

    - thanks

  11. Im thinking about all the different types of jobs that are assocciated with Apple and I am wondering if a job for Apple would be a good thing to look into. How long (in years) is Apple expected to be on the incline or in the “high business” range? Will Apple be the company to keep up with society? It seems as if they have progressed quite impressively with the public and society’s demands. How well will they keep up their creativity?

  12. Apple never invented computer, music players, phones, tablets. As far as I know it was Toshiba who had first launched a tablet pc. Motorola invented Mobile phones. Sony is known for their walkman and music players. Apple started manufacturing phones only after the mobile phone technology has developed its maximum. Other companies like Motorola, Samsung, Nokia etc has been in this business since the time of black and white mobile phones. Yet Apple is suing them all as if they invented everything. It’s really funny yesterday born Apple is suing the grandpa companies over patent infringement.

I’m doing a apple themed kitchen,I see all types of apple stuff, but there are so many different shades of red out there.I’m not sure how that might look,I don’t want it to be too much going on with all the colors. Can anyone help me,has anyone had this same problem,if so,did you go ahead with it,how did it turn out?

  14. Gibberellins help preserve the good apples.
Ethylene production in the good apples is inhibited by the lack of ethylene production in the overripe apple.
Chemicals in the overripe apple stimulate the conversion of sugar to starch in the good apples.
The production of cytokinins is inhibited in the remaining good apples.
The overripe apple makes ethylene gas, which can cause the good apples to become overripe.

  15. I don’t have any apple juice concentrate but I do have apple juice. The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of concentrate.

  16. The screen is cracked. When something similar happened with my Voyager, verizon replaced it for about sixty bucks…Has anyone had to replace their droid?

  17. Lets say all apples in a particular country are collected in Septemeber. Also, this country does not import apples from other countries where apples are fresh and in season. Would the apple juice I drink in May be from the apples picked in Septmenber? If so, then there must be a lot of perservatives to keep it from going bad.Isn’t that bad for my health?

  18. I was planning to buy Apple Earphones, because they lasted for over 9 months.
But I only found the earphones with the mic and volume control by pressing the “+” and the “-” button on the earphones.
    They were $29.99
Do you think I should buy from that Apple Store?
I really want some good quality earphones. =]

    Thanks.

  19. has been filed against it, when Samsung and others are not allowed to sell their products just because Apple sued? Is there any collusion between the courts in the Netherlands, Germany and Apple Inc? Why one law for Apple and another for others? Has Christmas come early for Dutch and German courts with sacks stuffed full of iPads and Euros?
Was there mention of any company stopping trading? Sure, Samsung and HTC are continuing to trade, but not sell certain products Apple has targetted in Germany and Holland. Just wondering if anyone has noticed the bags of Christmas cheers arriving for the judges.

  20. I have a whole heap of Granny Smith apples and puff pastry to make individual apple pies in my pie maker, but I’ve lost the book which gives instructions on what to do with the apples first….I don’t want to add custard cos I hate it, but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Apple make my throat itch alot (though i still eat them sometimes) but I have no reaction toward apple sauce or apple juice.

  22. Are there any moms out there that make their own baby food and then freezes it?

Well, I was thinking of using the same ice cube method with apple juice.

When we go to the store we can buy these huge tubs of apple juice a lot cheaper than the little bottles. Since we only give juice in small qualities I know that the tub of juice would go bad before we drink it.

If we can freeze apple puree in cubes, why can’t we freeze the apple juice in cubes for later.

Sounds like a great idea to me.

Would the frozen juice cubes last the same amount of time as the puree cubes (3 months) or more time, less time?

Once we put the cubes in the refrigerator for thawing how long are they good in the frig before tossing?

    Any ideas?

  23. I made an apple crisp, and I knew when I did it, that it was probably wrong, and just did it anyway. I think if I’d had enough apples, it’d been ok. Anyway, I cut up apples, and mixed with brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Then I mixed butter, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon and put that on top of apples. I cooked at 350 until done. But it came out way too sweet and buttery (it’s really Fleishmann’s stick, no salt margarine). I did pour off some of the butter. Is there any way to repair? I don’t have any more apples. I appreciate any ideas.

  24. I found this verizon phone three days ago, but the owner still didn’t cut the service.
It really is a nice phone and I want to use it. So if I activate this phone before the owner lists it as lost/stolen with Verizon, will I be able to use it?

I also don’t want any bullcrap about “oh you should have returned it blah blah.” If you’re gonna say anything like that, just dont.

    Thanks!
