Indie games get a poor rap sometimes. It’s not necessarily that the games are bad, more that they lack some posh in the graphics and gameplay department that would make them next-level games. SCHAR: Blue Shield Alliance seems to be a game to change that established mold.
SCHAR: Blue Shield Alliance is a dual-stick shooter game poised to make a splash on Xbox 360s very soon. The game was built with Co-Op in mind, making it a fun game the buds can all get in on at any time.
The simple, yet RPG-like gameplay really adds to the impressiveness, and makes the game feel more than just a throw away experience; although it can be the pick-up-and-play game to waste time if you so choose.
So what do you do in the game? Well, you and some friends can advance into space collecting salvage parts and pieces to build-up you ships weapons as well as shields, top speed, maneuverability, armor, etc. Those upgrades will then be used to fight off the CoN, the main baddies of this title.
