People at Red 5 Studios had some pretty awesome things to say about the beta and the community involved with this developmental process.  ”The feedback and support from our community has been an integral part of the development process,” said Mark Kern, CEO of Red 5 Studios. “We’re treating Firefall as a service, which means it’s critical that we’re continually adding value and fun for players. Having a large and growing community lets us know that we’re on the right track. But more importantly, their feedback helps us stay on the right track.”

The first stage of Firefall’s has been completed, and now Red 5 Studios is making changes to the upcoming title based on all of the feedback from the players playing the beta.  There will soon be a big that will affect everything in the game from progression to gameplay mechanics.  Many of these changes can be seen in the development update released by Red 5 Studios.

Approaching stage 2 of Firefall’s beta will see fans getting a large amount of invites sent to meet the growing demand to play.  Players are free to sign up on the homepage for Firefall.  The title will also be available at the Anime Expo on June 29th – July 1st as Red 5 Studios will unveil the LAN-party-on-wheels, a “mobile gaming unit”.  This is surely one to keep your eye as a this title has a number of players excited.

I like only play once in a while and I have noticed I only get dizzy and get the feeling that I have to throw up when I play first person shooter games, such as Call of Duty…

Is there anything I can do to prevent that?

  5. My friend is being introduced into the world of gaming and has never played an FSP before. Quite frankly, he sucks pretty bad at them. What are some good FSP games for first-timers? I recommended Half Life and Halo but I want some second opinions. Also maybe I should change the sensitivity of the controller? (his aim goes crazy in Halo 3 when trying to shoot an enemy…)
