Pyromania has been kicked off by the Team Fortress 2 team over at Valve. Pyromania will be a 3 day celebration that will feature the reveal of new game features for TF2, among them being new game modes.
One of the new game modes is called Doomsday, where BLU and RED fight for the right to launch a rocket into space. BLU and RED move fuel up an incredibly slow elevator to fill ‘er up as they attempt to launch said rocket. The new game mode also comes with 11 new achievements.
The ninth and final installment of the “Meet the Team” series will make its debut. “Meet the Pyro” will premiere on Wednesday, so keep an eye out for that video short.

Recently, I got team fortress 2 for the PC. The problem is, whenever I go on the lobbies page it seems to crash my internet. This is getting annoying because everyone in my house lose internet whenever this happens for 2-3 minuets. I’ve tried several things and I cannot buy a new internet router. Can anyone help me?
No making a server because my internet sucks; no LAN party. Every empty server I join always end up with pubs joining. i just want to play with my friends only.
How can I play Team fortress 2 with only my friends?? Or is there a server with a password that someone would like to share?
I just wanted this to be resolved and updated as time goes on to include what the ranks are for Team Fortress 2 strange weapons. Strange weapon values can be listed in many ways though I would prefer you do it based on other strange weapons or metal.
By ranks I dont mean like “unreamarkable” or “Hale’s own” I mean value based on scrap metal and hats. I want (nearly) every strange weapon to be listed by value.
What system is team fortress better for? Ps3 or PC. Is TF2 a worthwhile game to get?
Right now I have a extremely horrible FPS everytime I play TF2, due to my crappy Intel Celeron processor. I want to run Team Fortress 2 smoothly, and I need a good processor to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good processor I should buy to run Team Fortress 2 smoothly? Or if you have a way to fix the messed up FPS with my crappy processor? By the way, it isn’t my graphics card.
I got the Orange Box recently and I love it. I do not spend much time with Team Fortress 2 because the lag is awful. My system requirments meet and go beyond minimum for each game. But as soon as I get into combat inTF2 the lag is awful. Can this be fixed and how?

I have three vidmaster achievements in halo 3, but I still need the “Annual” one. I heard a rumor that you also need achievements from ODST. Is that true?
