Blacklight Retribution Has New Game Mode & Map

BlackLight Retribution has released  the  Kill Confirmed game mode and Seaport Map for this free-to-play  1st-Person Shooter.

This new game mode has a unique approach to the chaotic action in most first person shooters, where players will be required to “confirm” their kills by collecting the kill-data to score points, along with collecting fallen comrades kill-data to prevent the opposing team from scoring new points.

Also released is the brand new Seaport Map features a new battleground where players can fight to the death by the sea.

This game looks like a very fun alternative to Call of Duty for PC gamers and this new environment.

    Every time I try to launch it, a box titled “Cryptic Error” it says my cryptic application has crashed. What does this mean? And is there anything I can do because it wont let me play the game.

    This might seem like a newbie question to some, but I downloaded Blacklight before it was on Steam, and now I want to officially add it to my steam list (not as a non-steam game.) How would I do this?

    I dunno if its just me but the patch is taking far too long, its a 5300mb file! This is my first time ever downloading the game so I dont know what to expect…

    When ever i start Blacklight retribution sometimes the start or patch will not show up? Why is that?

    i have install this game called blacklight retribution and at the moment im patching the game and i cant make the window full screen and no sidebar to scroll down and all the other programs i got i can make it full screen and scroll down but i cant make this game called blacklight retribution scroll down and make the screen bigger or smaller and how do i make it bigger need help please

    Ok so i just downloaded BL:R and it looks amazing! So i go into the launcher and click play now and nothing happens?! What am i supposed to do?

    i know how to change it but everytime i chage it it still wont work if anyone knows how i can fix this problem please tell me quickly though i wanna play this game btw my pc is on NVIDIA GeForce 6150se nForece 430 and is at 1280by720 pixels and 32 bit but it wont work tell me how i can get it to

    I currently play Combat Arms from Nexon, but almost everyone that plays it buys NX which costs too much money for me to buy. That makes it unfair to play the game so I get frustrated sometimes. If you know any 1st person shooters that you can’t buy anything in, please let me know!
    I play cpu by the way, and I don’t want to buy the game either. I’m looking for a game like Call of Duty.

    I have and love Call of Duty 4. I only play games online. And I mostly like the 1st person shooting games like Call of Duty. So give me an idea of another game that is similar that I can play on XBox Live. Something that is war and “shoot ‘em up” related. By the way, I didn’t really care for Halo 3 online. Suggestions?

    I launch the game via steam and get a window for the game, I click the play button and all of a sudden steam doesn’t think i’m playing anymore and the game quits. What is up with that? OS: Windows 7 64-Bit

    My friend is being introduced into the world of gaming and has never played an FSP before. Quite frankly, he sucks pretty bad at them. What are some good FSP games for first-timers? I recommended Half Life and Halo but I want some second opinions. Also maybe I should change the sensitivity of the controller? (his aim goes crazy in Halo 3 when trying to shoot an enemy…)

    I’m buying my dad a video game for christmas and he prefers easier games, as in ones where you don’t have to plan an extensive strategy and can just run in and kill all the people in sight. I’m told Assassin’s Creed games would be good for him? I have Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion and he doesn’t really like it all that much because it’s fairly complex. Any suggestions?

    Ok so i went to my nividia control panel (sorry if thats spelt wrong i dont speak English well) and i looked and switched my global setting to always on my nivida card not my integrated. So i log onto BL:R and it says im on my integrated still and weirdly when i load dxdiag it says im on integrated as well! Any ideas how to make it go to my Nividia not my Integrated. Also i have no problem playing ingame, just Intel HD graphics are terrible. DirectX 11 is installed but it doesnt give me the option to use it ingame. Its grayed out.

    my dad wants it but doesnt wanna buy it for 40 dollars so im like great christmas present huh??? haha well back to the question is command and conquer three like all the other ones or is it 1st person cuz my dad wont play 1st person shooter games. well thanks for all of you who can help me.     I have Call of Duty 4 and Bad Company and hated killzone and wont by the sequel. And I dont like the games where you have to direct AI characters. So any other games out there that are simply as good or better.
    I loved Black for the PS2 that kind of shooter is my fav kind.
    OK before anyone else answers Metal Gear Solid is not a 1st person shooter.

    I watch on youtube everyone plays so good but i suck i can aproximately get (on any 1st person) 5 kills 40 deats!!!! Help how did they learn to play that good i wanna have fun playing those games please help!!!
    Brad FPS games are for me ive played them since i was 7 years old and i kick ass but thats on pc :D D
