Microsoft Skipping Gamescom and TGS

have issued a statement today confirming it will not be attending in August, or the Show in September.

The announcement was made via Major Nelson’s Xbox Live blog:
This year, Xbox will be focusing on smaller, more localized promotions and experiences for press, partners, retailers and customers around the world. Which means that as you might have seen on some of the news sites today, we won’t be taking part in gamescom or Tokyo Games Show this year.
The news is telling given how Microsoft’s conference was widely considered to have been lacking any substantial announcements. They’ve likely looked at the cost and realised there’s no need to spend tens of thousands of dollars and potentially hundreds of man-hours on setting up an event in a foreign country just to echo their E3 presentation. Maybe 4, Horizon, Gears of War: Judgement and Splinter Cell: Blacklist really are the final triple-A Xbox 360 exclusives that MS have left to deploy?

While Nintendo have also chosen to pass up gamescom (they’ll almost certainly still be at their native ), have confirmed they will be at the show. Let’s hope they finally show us those much-promised Vita games, eh?

I had a free trial of microsoft expression web 2 for class, but it has expired so now I’m trying to buy the software. I looked on the microsoft website, but I can only find where they’re selling the newest version, microsoft expression web 3. I’m wondering if there’s much of a difference between the two and if I should go ahead and buy the M. E. Web 3.
    Any suggestions?

  4. My 3 yr old son dumped 4 or 5 bottles of cologne out on the carpeted floor. The smell is so overpowering it’s sickening. I’ve tried a lot of different products to mask the odor or to neutralize it. Nothing seems to work! Help!

  5. I used to wear this cologne (which wasn’t cheap by the way, so I ended up losing like $60), and whenever I wore it, people used to complain about this odor after about 2 hours after wearing it. And I only heard complaints on the odor whenever I wore the cologne. When I smelled it in the store, it smelled amazing. How can I buy and test a cologne so I know this won’t happen to me again?

  6. I just bought my man a new suit for Valentine’s and i was browsing and spraying men’s cologne as well to get for him, when i came home that night, i noticed the suit smelled like all different combination of cologne! Is there any way to get rid of that smell on the suit? I heard baking soda works. But am not so sure, i wanted to be sure before try it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

  7. Mine finally ran out and paying a hundred dollars on ebay for a new bottles seems steep. So what is another cologne that smells just like it or pretty similar?
