For as much flack as Ubisoft got for putting multiplayer into Assassin’s Creed, the truth is that it plays quite nicely. They’re expanding the options for Assassin’s Creed III.
At the end of the day Wednesday, we were able to score some hands on time with Domination, a king of the hill type mode I’m sure Call of Duty fans are very familiar with. But this is Assassin’s Creed; you’re not going to run and gun your way to victory. Instead, you’ll have various tools at your disposal to break into the enemy’s territory, where you can not kill them, and take their capture point for your team.
The same formula introduced in Brotherhood is present: you’re an assassin attempting to assassinate the other team, but there’s a couple of catches. First, every team member looks the same, and they also happen to look exactly like virtually every NPC character in the game. To make things more difficult, the rep on hand confirmed that NPCs have scripting to act human. For example, I saw someone randomly turn around for no reason on a dime. Impressive, Ubisoft, very impressive.
Domination plays out in typical king of the hill fashion, but there’s a twist: if you’re in the enemy’s territory, you can’t kill them, only being able to stun them and then walk away before they recover and kill you. This leads to the need to be careful with your attempts to take over a capture point; blending into the environment and successfully using all the tools in your arsenal, such as smoke bombs, disguises, as well as blending in with the environment, are all tools you’ll need to use to succeed.
One remarkable feature was the fact that the game’s pacing felt faster than Brotherhood‘s, despite seemingly never being caught in fast paced chases across the map. This is because of the intensity that comes with the game mode. Instead of worrying about who’s on your tail and who you need to kill, you’re watching all of your capture points while looking for any suspicious activity, while not being suspicious yourself. Instead of worrying about one person, you have to worry about four.
For a game that “wasn’t supposed to have multiplayer,” the offering from E3 in Assassin’s Creed III was highly impressive. Between the demo, as well as the live demos seen at both the Ubisoft and Sony conference that showed more of an open world to explore, battling both enemies on the battlefield and in nature, as well as intense ship battles, the wait for the game’s launch in October is going to be a long one.

This game could have been so much better.
I bought Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood 2 days after it first came out but I never tried the online. Today I went to try and it says it can’t connect to the ubisoft server, I can’t use Uplay either.
I saw a youtube video about this game called babyz its by ubisoft. Its an old game but it looks sooooooo much fun! Do any of you know where I can download a demo?
I’m considering downloading Assassins Creed Revalations, but I know you have to use a Ubisoft account, from previous experiences with buying the games.
I currently don’t have money and I really want to play this game. So, I wanted to know if it was safe to use a Ubisoft account while playing a torrented game.
All responses help.
Please and Thank you.

Each conference at this year’s e3 has had a nice little opening montage to give us an idea of what’s in store, however I was a bit more interested in the song used in Ubisoft’s opening collage. Could anyone help me out?

I wanted to contact ubisoft and give them some feedback. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me their email address.
So you know, in Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood you get to control assassins and send them into battles. My question is, when they’re done killing and they run away again, where do the assassins run to? Has anyone tried following them? Do they run to the assassin hideout or what?
i bought assassin’s creed 2 and now i want to try number 1 (i know it’s a bit weird doing it in reverse). but i don’t know what the difference between the normal version and the platinum version is if any?
help :/
thanks
I have this friend of mine, playing on an X-Box 360 version of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, while I play a PC version. I can’t play in a session with her or even add her to my friends list. Is it possible to play with other players on different platforms?
Gamestop has the 50% extra promotion going on and I wanted to know how much I could get for Assassin’s Creed 2 and Borderlands. I would prefer the price of the games individually although I know Assassin’s Creed 2 will probably bring in a bit more. Thank you for anyone who helps me out with this
I beat Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and didn’t play it for a while, but with AC:Revelations coming out soon I decided to play it again. When I went to choose my game, my saved file did not show up and it made me start a brand new game! WTF! Why did this happen?

I downloaded all of the Assassin’s Creed games but none can run smoothly when playing. Does anybody has the answer to this? My computer is The HP Touchsmart 610. I’m not really a computer techie so i was wondering if i can get help. Answers are much appreciated!
I’m a little confused about how the new assassin’s creed brotherhood game is supposed to work online.
In Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood I have bought all the shops and fixed all the broken aquedect (or however the hell you spell it) all the landmarks and I set up the thief courtesians and soldiers hq and bought the faction buildings up and the two district are up to 100% but the Centro District (you know where your hideout is at) is stuck at 99%. I don’t know what else to do.If you know what to do I would really appreciate if you could tell me.
Thank You
In assassin’s creed 2, what do you do on the mission that you have to organize the codex pages?
I don’t think the question was phrased very well. XD
I’m looking at getting the first Assassin’s Creed from GameStop/EB Games for Canada and they have a direct download off of their website. If anyone else has directly downloaded Assassin’s Creed off of this website, could you tell me if it’s possible to download it on more than one PC?
Thanks!
The 3DAnalyze thing, when I press ‘Run’, it’s supposed to play the game, but all it does is pop up a blank window of the Game Assassin’s Creed 2 and freezes. Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks
I beat AC Brotherhood a couple weeks ago, excluding Subject 16′s puzzles and maybe a few side quests. Today I started up AC Revelations hoping to finish it before AC3 comes out, but the game seems to pick up directly after the events of Brotherhood… and assumes you already know who Subject 16 is?
Do I need to go back to Brotherhood and solve all of Subject 16′s puzzles? Is there a DLC containing a huge plot point that I needed to play? Or am I not actually supposed to understand any of this game’s opening moments until later on?
Please let me know what I need to play/read/watch before continuing with Revelations, if anything.
Thanks for your time.
All of my Assassin’s creed games lag with sound. Subtitles and mouths will keep moving in cutscenes, but the voices stop. They eventually come back in, in a tangled sound mess. Also actions and vibrations are lagged such as a leap of faith. The sound of me landing in hay will go, but the music and vibration come later. I am playing on a PS3 for all my assassin’s creed games.
Hi, I want to buy Assassin’s Creed number one, and I went to a website that is called “can you run it”. I searched up Assassin’s Creed and it said my computer cannot run it, BUT! i played assassin’s creed on my computer just a few days ago with someone elses. It worked, not the best, but still worked with satisfying speed and just a hint of lag. How come it says I can’t run it? Thanks.
do think they should make some sort of action movie with Assassin’ s creed the video game like they did with hitman game series i think is a really cool game
