E3 2012 | Sony Shows Off PlayStation All Stars-Battle Royale

PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale is ’s answer to ’s Super Smash Brothers Brawl. And while Sony has a larger pool of original characters to pull from than Nintendo, I don’t believe they have the gameplay mechanics down just right.  

Also the fact that these characters would never meet each other in the Sony universe.  I doubt Kratos would break into the world of Fat Princess for some cake, or managed to jump into  the world of Twisted Metal and drag race Sweet Tooth . That’s thing that Nintendo has, I can completely see Kirby teaming up with Mario after King DDD, created some type of device that blasted them into an alternate dimension.

The same thing could even happen to Zelda or StarFox. So I think Sony not only has a gameplay mechanic hill to climb, but also one revolving around how these characters met, and why are they beating the crap out of each other.

    I was watching this Japanese movie called Battle Royale. There was this opening music where it showed a student group photo and this amazing orchestral music is playing. Does anyone know the name of that music?

    I’m considering on reading/buying the novel Battle Royale by Koushun Takami. The novel has been criticized for it violence. I was just wondering how detailed and bad the violence is and if you could give me an excerpt from the book or rate it on a scale from 1-10 thx.

    Im 14 years old if that makes any difference

    lets say you were kidnapped and taken to an island in a group consisting of 20+ friends and acquaintances. once you arrive you find that the island is deserted and all the kidnappers have given you is some food, water and a weapon. then an announcement comes on a towering speaker saying that the last person standing will be given a pass to get off the island and you have 5 days to compete or else everybody dies. what would you do? would you commit suicide cause of the guilt you might get when you kill a beloved friend, would you hide yourself away, get involved in the killing spree? what would you do?

    For plagiarism. I mean, the two are so similar it’s scary. The minute I saw the trailer in the movies I immediately went “THAT’S BATTLE ROYALE!!” So I was wondering, does the author of the Battle Royale books have the right to sue the Hunger Games author for plagiarism?

    The Battle Royale novel was published in 1999, and it’s movie adaptation in 2000.
    The first book in the Hunger games series was published in 2008, with it’s movie coming out in 2012.

    I wanted to get some music from battle royale so I can add it to a video I’m doing. I was searching for all the music from Battle Royale so I can add different dramatic music to different parts of the movie. I’d also like to get the introduction title stuff from Battle Royale if possible.

    I feel like the question above is self explanatory. But at the end of the movie is says that Shuya and Noriko are wanted for murder which didn’t make sense because they didn’t kill anyone.

    Just how detailed and graphic is the sexuality in the novel Battle Royale? And can you find sexual content in like…a couple sentences or paragraphs or what?

    My parents won’t let me buy the book because they say it contains too much sexual content. They’re okay with me reading violence and gore but when it comes to sex….You get the picture.

    I am looking for the original instructional video from the 2000 film Battle Royale, detailing how a battle royale is to take place. i cannot find the original video ANYWHERE!!!! Im doing this for a roleplayinfg game and would like the original video to be played. YouTube works as well or download for it i just need it please!!!

    I really liked the Hunger Games (books & movie) and I love asian movies and such, so I would really like to see Battle Royale. And since I can’t understand japanese, I would prefer watching the movie with english subtitles.

    It says repeatedly that they’re in ninth grade, which I think in Japan means that they’re 14-15. But there are a lot of websites that maintain that they’re all fifteen at least, and in the manga the creepy overseer guy calls Mimura a ‘sixteen year old’?

    Hi well i saw the battle royale manga in borders and saw some pages it was horrible i have the book in my house in bought it cuz they told me it was like the hunger games. so is the book as gruesome as the manga ? what similarities do they have?
