E3 2012 | Nintendo Wastes No Time Announcing Pikmin 3

Nintendo came running out of the gate at their press conference with an intro showing Shigeru Miyamoto being followed by some pikmin. Just as we thought, Miyamoto was there to announce Pikmin 3.

The new U controller seems to work in collaboration with Pikmin 3, which introduces us to the possibilities that the new controller has to offer. Not only can someone play on their Wii U  by using the controller itself, but they can also use it in collaboration with a TV screen to get more of a experience.

When using the Wii U controller Pikmin 3 switched into a top down view, but when the was being displayed on the television, it return to the third-person view more commonly associated with the game. While in the top down view Pikmin 3  looks exactly like a . The looks just like the of old with a couple of new elements added, which will guarantee a good gaming experience.  It was a good thing for Nintendo kicking off the show with Pikmin 3, it shows that Nintendo is listening to the fans.

Unfortunately, Pikmin 3 has no release date that we know about, but keep yourself tuned to The to be sure to get more Nintendo E3 2012 news as it comes in.

    He created Super Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong..etc…I would consider the works he created as art and many years from now we will see a clear picture of how much of an influence his work has had on millions of people. Isn’t that how a great artist is judged?

    Hi, im 15 and want to be just like Shigeru Miyamoto. I live in Australia and eventually want to own my own video game company (you know be CEO ect..) Shigeru Miyamoto is my influence in video games. The games he has made and the ideas he has put into those games are amazing. It would just be the best feeling to make a game as good as Miyamoto’s ones have been and share that to the world.
    What do you think ?

    People often criticize piracy because people play games without paying the developers of the game, hurting the industry and making them less likely to keep making games. That seems like fair criticism to me, but doesn’t buying a game at a used games store like Gamestop do the exact same thing? Paying Gamestop for a physical copy does not seem very different from getting a digital copy for free, if no money goes to the game’s publisher and developer either way.

    I enlisted as a PFC (E3 due to prior college) in the Army for Infantry and leave for OSUT this July. How long does it normally take to make E4 or E5 from there? I signed a 3 year enlistment but might renegotiate it to 4 or 5.

    I came into the Army as an E3 because of college credits. Will I have to put in the minimum 24 months time in service to be promoted or will the 6 months time in grade be sufficient? It doesnt make sense to me that 24 months would be necessary.

    I recently enlisted in the US Army which is a great honor and I want to thank all the soldiers that have done it before me. I’m starting off as an E1 because I don’t have that many college hours and I wasn’t in the ROTC program in high school. I’ve heard that there are several ways to get promoted to and E3 before even leaving to basic training. Any suggestions? Please advise.

    My dad switched satellite companies, and sadly that means I can’t watch G4′s annual E3 coverage because I don’t have G4.

    So what is the best way to watch E3 2008? Is Spike TV doing something? Or is there some online sites?

    However because of my slow internet, video sites would be a pain, but still recommend them if you have any :D
