Good news for N7 forces as they continue to fight the Reaper invasion: BioWare has announced that the Rebellion Pack will be released on Tuesday, May 29th.
Mass Effect 3 gamers on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC will have access to the free DLC and all of its goodies:
- Two new maps against the Reapers: Firebase Jade’s jungle reservoir and Firebase Goddess on Thessia.
- Three new weapons: the Reegar Carbine, the Krysae Sniper Rifle, and the Cerberus Harrier
- Six new characters: Quarian Engineer and Infiltaror, Vorca Soldier and Sentinel, and Ex-Cerberus Adept and Vanguard.
The pack will be available worldwide this Tuesday, though if you’re a PS3 owner in Europe, you’ll have to wait until the 30th to download it, but hey, it’s free, remember?
So yeah its not likely I’ll buy any game stuff for a while but eventually I’d like to get Mass Effect 3. I’ve almost finished my 3rd run-through on insanity with my vanguard and after that I won’t have anything left to do. So i was wondering if the DLC story-lines will converge in Mass Effect 3 so i won’t miss out on anything when i get it.

I know this is somewhat a matter of opinion, but what PC game(s) has the most visually realistic characters? I am only interested in PC games. While it would be nice if the game itself is really good, all I am really interested in is how realistically are the characters rendered.
Will it add more depth and story into the main game?. I’m a huge fan of the series and I’ve bought nearly every content dlc for ME2 there was (lair of the shadow broker, kasumi, arrival, overlord) is this dlc worth my microsoft points?
In Mass effect 2 all your new games got benefits after you beat the game for the first time so does something similar happen in 3? Also this is a longshot, but if i play on a different import character do you think it’s possible to get the secret ending or would i have to do it with the newgame plus of my first playthrough?

The upcoming MMORPG takes place appx. 300 years after Knights of the Old Republic and the Sith Lord games. Why are they not releasing a KOTOR 3 instead?
they absolutely killed the story line by completely ignoring the first two and then jumping more than 300 years in the future. SWTOR is gonna suck. are they still gonna make a true part 3?
I purchased the dvd but it won’t let me install any other way except by downloading from Origin. What’s better, I can’t acces Origin, there is an error saying “The origin network could not be reached”.
Why can’t I install the game from the dvd if I have one? Why am I required to download the game I bought on the dvd?
