Skyfall Gets Its First Trailer

There’s a lot of big movies coming out this summer. But there’s a few big movies coming out after this summer. One of them is Skyfall, the latest in the Bond series with Sam Mendes (American Beauty) directing.

While we only get a tiny glimpse of Javier Bardem as the latest Bond villain, we do get a little bit of insight as to what goes on in Skyfall. Key word: little.

Anne was just talking about the 1st Academy Awards held in 1929 at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel when it starts to play. The song was an instrumental (featuring a clarinet or a saxophone) and sounds like it’s from the 30′s. Josh & Javier then are seen dancing and the music stops as they begin their presentation for the award for Best Adapted Screenplay.

  7. The proton and neutron have nearly the same mass. The electron is about 2000 times lighter. If the mass of the proton and neutron is made two times larger, so that it is 4,000 times greater than the mass of the electron, how will the bond length be affected? Will it increase, decrease, or stay the same.

  8. Income earned on a Treasury Bond is basically tax free. A zero coupon bond pays interest on maturity. Bonds are an investment for the long term, but I thought that maybe by buying a bond the day before it matures I could collect on the interest the next day it is due.

  9. Basically, what is a bond?

Are gold and silver considered bonds? Are all bonds treasury bonds ?
