Square-Enix Sees a Profit

The huge success from and has definitely helped push Square-Enix in the right direction, profit wise.

At the end of the financial year, Square-Enix saw a 47 million dollar profit. This is a pleasant change from last year’s loss of 94 million.

Surely this could mean more sequels based in the universe, which really won’t be huge surprise when it happens. Perhaps it could bring about Final Fantasy Versus XIII a bit faster, afterall, we have been waiting a few years for it, among other games (Kingdom Hearts 3).

What would be a nice surprise is another game. Fingers crossed!

    I love final fantasy but then I hear that a FFXIII and a FF vs. XIII is coming out. Is there any difference between both of them?

    I want to buy Deus Ex: Human Revolution but I’ve never played the first game. Is it necessary to have played the first game to be able to enjoy Human Revolution without missing out on vital bits of story? If so, where can I get a good recap of the events in the first game?

    i bought my copy from a retail shop and the problem is whenever i click on the deus ex human revolution.exe file i get the error (the application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000005).so what could be the issue,a fix would be very much appreciated.

    I think the Dark Knight is really guilty of this. You have the Joker with the hostages, and suddenly Fox has all of this technology that comes out of nowhere to save the day.

    I bought Portal 2 for PS3 and can play it on my PC as well through steam. Does the same apply for Deus Ex HR?

    It’s a somewhat goofy fantasy story, but with some serious situations. Anyway, the hero’s friend gets hurt and while they’re apart, the hero thinks he’s dying. While in an Atlantis-like place, the hero learns about a water that can heal people, but only the bad queen has access to it. The hero hurries to get it so he can help his friend.

    Would this water and trying to get it be a Deus Ex Machina?

    I switched the direct x version over to 11 to see how it would perform but now it wont even load the game it just flat out crashes wont even let me get to the menu to change it back any ideas. I know some games that you can manually change the graphics like sc2 and bc2 does Deus Ex Have this option?
