Yesterday was a big day for Marvel fans and moviegoers alike. We got confirmation that The Avengers 2 is indeed happening, something mentioned by Disney’s Robert Iger during a conference calls, Tuesday.
This is really no surprise due to how The Avengers is now over $700 million box office worldwide in under 2 weeks.
Iger also reconfirmed that Iron Man 3 and Thor 2 are planned for a 2013 release, with a Captain America sequel in 2014. Currently, there is no time frame set for The Avengers 2. One may speculate it would be after these three movies, at least, yet it could come sometime during; it’s all based on the timeline of the Marvel movie universe.
Also, be sure to keep a lookout for some Avengers themed park rides at Disney’s parks in the future. Disney is sure to ride the train of the franchise’s success.

We all know that Superman is the flagship character of DC Comics. But, in a 1 on one particular fight which Marvel Comics character do you believe has the greatest chance of both beating Superman or at least battling him to a standstill?

2 – is electro, one of spiderman’s villian…. really the son of the red skull, which him being on of the captain america’s arch-enemy
3 – who really is abomination? i saw him in the new hulk movie
4 – i know theres alot of versions of the avengers, but who are the primary mascots or center attention in the group usually?
5 – is dare devil and punisher enemies?
6 – the spiderman game, web of shadows… which story is that taking place in the spiderman comic book? or is it just made up…
7 – who is that guy in the punisher story, the guy who always give frank castle these weird tools
8 – ive seen different stories of marvel such as alternite stories, where spiderman is a billionair, and some that he’s webs are produced by some device but some is actually inside him, one story where hulk gotten his powers some nuclear explosion but some from test experiment, like theres different stories, especially the marvel zombie series… are they just some alternative stories for the hell of putting the popular characters in different situations, or are they the same story but different universe

wolverine, spiderman and antman casting on “The Avengers 2″?
The Avengers made 600,000,000+ worldwide sense we know they are going to make a sequel what should it be about and what characters should they include

he’s going to be the ‘bad guy’ in avengers 2. okay. but who can possibly beat him? what are they planning on doing? i better not see spiderman come in to help the avengers pull it off or something that makes no sense

This is probably a really dumb question, but I haven’t ever read any of the comics and am not really bothering to try to look it up myself, but I saw Loki is in Thor 2 and The Avengers on IMDB, how is that possible if he died in the first Thor?
Are they just flashbacks or does Loki come back from space or whatever because it didn’t really show him die? I hope he’s not dead, as much of an a$$ he might have been, still my favorite character.

Iron Man 2 was terrific. Better than the first one. Cast was great, story was great, segways into the upcoming Avengers movie were a bonus.
Like they kinda look like older movies “firework explosion” special effects :/
are they gonna have any of the characters they missed in the last one like Ant Man, Wasp or my personal favorite The Black Panther? just wanna hear some thoughts on the subject.
