EA has released details about their upcoming N7 Bounty Weekend titled “Operation Silencer” set to begin tomorrow for all of you out there still enjoying Mass Effect 3‘s fantastic multiplayer mode.
How does it work? Bounty Weekend’s are events that will grant all players who participate certain perks if the community can collectively meet certain goals, whether in squads or overall. This latest event runs from May 11th at 6pm PT and will end Monday, May 14th at 5am PT.
There are two goals for Operation Silencer this weekend. The “Allied Goal”, which is community wide, is to kill 3 million Banshees in the time given. Meeting this goal will grant all players a free Victory Pack. Those playing in squads who achieve the “Squad Goal” will each receive a free Commendation Pack. To complete the goal (which is awarded on a squad by squad basis) your squad must survive a gold-difficulty map until full extraction. Grab your squad mates and prepare for multiplayer mayhem starting tomorrow across all platforms: Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Me and my friend are actually into stealth game titles and we could not believe of any deathmatch mode in any recreation where stealthily making an attempt to destroy the someone 1 as opposed to 1 was a sport mode. I assumed it may possibly be a multiplayer mode in a Splinter Cell recreation but I never feel it is. Does this sport mode exist in either local or on the web formats? Many Thanks for the help.

I entered offline multiplayer mode in LittleBigPlanet earlier today and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make that second player go away. Please help me before I go crazy!
Never mind. We found out how. When you press the PS button on the controller, it does not display “turn off controller.” You have to HOLD the PS button for 3 seconds, then you get a menu with the option to turn off the controller which makes the character disappear. THISGIFTUS: Turn on your second controller by pressing the PS button while your first character is either in the Pod or near a portal (where he respawns after he dies). The second character will either appear in the pod with you or pop out of the portal.

How do you buy the downloadable content on the PS3 for Mass Effect 3, basically I cant see the option on the main menu although it tells me its available… do you have to go into the web browser and onto the EA site?

I heard that Mass Effect 3 will not let you choose what your character is like. You can’t choose what dialog you want to say, and there will be no more paragon or renegade actions. Shepard does all the talking on his own. I hope this isn’t true.
