FX’s, Wilfred comes to DVD and Blu-ray, June 19th

20th Century Fox premiered Wilfred on FX, June 23 of last year and its season two premier is Thursday, June 28th, 2012.  Wilfred is a dark comedy that begins with a suicide note and unfolds into awkward hilarity.  It portrays an eccentric Elijah Wood (Ryan Newman) who has an imaginary friend/neighbor dog, Wilford (Jason Gann) and gives me a feeling of a lighter more comedic Donnie Darko.

Fox Home Entertainment is releasing the DVD and season one collection of Wilfred Tuesday, June 19th, 2012. So you can either refresh before the season two premier or catch up.

How does a Movie Distribution Firm like twentieth Century Fox, Paramount, or Universal start up? How would they distribute there very first movie with no money from any other movies…do they borrow it? I’ve needed to commence a movie distribution company like one of these massive kinds and be capable to compete with them…how would I start off up with so tiny money? Creating a movie expenses usually about $300 Million, where would a organization get that kinda dollars when they first start out, to distribute that movie?

  9. My boyfriend wants a blu-ray player for his birthday, but I’m not sure what to get. He has a surround sound system with a multi-disc dvd player right now. Is there something I can look for in a blu-ray player so that I know it will be able to be hooked up to his surround sound system? I think he wants to hook the speakers up to the blu-ray player instead of his dvd player.

  10. I have just aquired a large screen tv and I will watch lots of movies on it but should I purchase a blu ray disc player or should I continue with my dvd player? I don’t want to replace my library of dvds.
