Scenario 1: You and billions of others across the planet are given the chance to board experimental space crafts bound for a possible endless drift through the galaxy and beyond. The basic necessities are provided for. These crafts have been engineered by the top minds of the 21st century to withstand extreme temperatures, use every known renewable energy source, re-create a clean water cycle, and safely house up to ten thousand people each. However, the odds are you will never see Earth again as the space crafts are not equipped to make any movement other than strait forward. The crafts will not be ready for liftoff until 2-3 days before impact is expected. On top of this, the reserves of UV light exposure are only permitted for the growing of food. You will live in a simulated 20-30% amount of what normal day-light would be. Escape pods are only to be used when a safe, terrestrial planet is within a reasonable distance.

1) Noah’s Flood would’ve been literally impossible. Supposedly, the flood covered the planet, as wide as the equator and as high as the peaks of Everest. Such a flood would require (approx.) 4,525,000,000,000 km³ of water. We can recognize the effects of glaciers on the earth’s surface from the weight they put on the ground, and the pressure they put on it as they receded. Such a flood would obviously have observable effects far greater than any of the historical glaciers, yet there is none to support it. Furthermore, Everest extends into 2/3 of the atmosphere. Two forms of matter can’t take up the same space, so we have the problem that we would lose much of our breathable atmosphere in the flood. Yet, we still have a quite thick and nicely breathable atmosphere. We have ice cores from antarctica that extend far further back than the supposed time of the flood, and they show no evidence of the mass extinctions that should’ve taken place.
Then there’s the problem of having that much water falling into the Earth for 40 days and nights. Such an amount of water just waiting in the sky would have an immense amount of potential energy, which is converted to kinetic energy when it falls, which, in turn, is converted to heat upon impact with the Earth. The amount of heat released is immense, rising in excess of 1800 kelvin, a temperature in which water can’t exist as liquid.

Quaz, The water vapor falling onto earth from above (space) would do what i explained above, i.e., raise temperatures to a point that the water would no longer be liquid, as well as fry noah and all of the inhabitents of the ark.
Also Quaz, if water were to drift into Earth from outer space, if would be heated into vapor by virtue of the atmosphere before it ever touched the surface. Even if it were to re-condense, we still end up with the insane temperatures.
