Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition Coming to iPad

More Baldur’s Gate news, coming to you straight from The Game Fanatics! It has been announced that the Enhanced Edition of Baldur’s Gate will be available on the iPad this summer. No word on if it’ll be exclusive to the iPad 3, or if it will work on either of the first two generation iPads. This is fantastic news, the more people able to play Baldur’s Gate, the better. The touch interface should work rather well. The iPad game Battleheart used a similar control style, albeit on a simpler scale. Look for Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition available in the App Store this summer.

I not too long ago made a decision I wished to attempt taking part in Baldur’s Gate 2, but I also determined that it would be awesome if I could perform online with someone, so if any individual would want to play, make sure you permit me know. And if any individual would support me try getting on-line perform to work, that would be fantastic !

I’ve just bought the single disc version of Baldur’s Gate. I want to play without the disc (i.e. a No CD crack).

So far, the cracks I’ve found with step-by-step instructions haven’t worked. Can anyone help?

Ok I got Baldur’s Gate, and I am using its disc images to play the game. To run the images i’m using Daemon Tools lite, but the problem is when it asks to change discs it won’t recognize when I switch the disc image in Daemon Tools. Also to let you know, I am running vista.

How is the ipad recording quality compared to a laptop? Can ipad use for recording lectures?

When I record with laptop, the background always have a white noise, is ipad the same?

Yeah I know the rest of you finished playing it ten years ago… Anyways, if I have the game installed on one computer, can I copy my saved games onto another computer (which has BG installed on it also) so I don’t have to start over?
Hmmm, should also ask – how do I do it? I haven’t been able to find a folder with saved games in it in the BG directory. Where would they be?

Ok, so I bought Baldur’s Gate 2 and installed it on my laptop with no problem. My laptop is a Dell running on an i5 quad core. The OS is Windows 7.

Now, when I play the game I get lag every few seconds, I really want to play it, but it lags so bad that I just can’t stand to. I’ve tried adjusting the graphics settings but nothing there seems to help.
So my question is, what can I do to get this game to stop lagging?

They’re adding all of the character options from BG2, as well as raising the experience cap, so it should be a pretty different experience. I’m considering either an assassin or a dual-classed swashbuckler/mage. Or maybe a ranger/cleric or something. Or possibly even a monk.

I love RPG’s but never got to play Baldur’s Gate 2, i know the graphics are going to be rubbish by todays standards but is it worth picking up just for the RPG experience, i have been hearing alot of good stuff about it with people comparing it to DA and the like. Thanks
