i disconnected and eliminated the ice maker. thawed it out place it back again in and nothing at all happened. how do i check out for electricity at the ice maker. i have a red wire with what looks like an inline fuse and a white, lite brown and a green w/yellow stripe

the ice tray is not filling up with water however the water dispenser is working as it should

I changed the GFCI outlet to a 20A and that solved the problem. The original one was not a 20.
