First Trailer for LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Reveals the Ultimate of Built Forces

Comic aficionados can now see their favorite Super Friends fighting together in a freshly released game trailer for LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment debuted the preview this week for the highly anticipated sequel to their best-selling LEGO game of all time. Get the look and feel of the Dynamic Duo’s return to consoles, PC, and handhelds with the clip below.

The latest installment of the all-ages, action adventure series continues with The Caped Crusader and Boy Wonder’s quest to defend Gotham City against DC’s notorious nemeses–The Joker and Lex Luthor–but not without the aid of fellow vigilantes Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern.

LEGO game fans will be able to revisit the universal appeal and signature humor of the franchise in a matter of months. Our beloved protagonists will take on the super villains this summer on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, the Nintendo Wii, and Windows PC.

On-the-go gamers can fend their turf through the convenience of LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes via Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, and PlayStation Vita.

Collectors of the stackable, childhood memory-conjuring cubes can play beyond video game confines with a brand new line of LEGO Super Heroes: DC Universe toys. The collection, which includes The Batcave and three distinct, buildable action figures, complements the game’s launch.
