What’s better that news? Good news, that’s what. Well today we have some! The kind folks over at THQ have announced that Xbox 360 and PC pre-orders for the upcoming Darksiders II will get a free upgrade to the recently announced limited edition.
Darksiders II follows the exploits of Death, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in an action-packed tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game. This epic journey propels Death through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother War, the horseman blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders.

The Limited Edition of Darksiders II the standard version of the game as well as a downloadable code for the first DLC pack, “Arguls Tomb”. This free upgrade will cost you nothing more than the time it takes to pre-order the game!
Alongside the standard and Limited editions, THQ have also announced a Collectors edition of the game. This version will launch on all 3 consoles and will feature a life-sized replica Death mask, unique armor and weapons and a digital copy of the Darksiders II soundtrack. This version won’t be free, but will only set you back $100, which is pretty good considering the amount of free goodness included!
Darksiders II will be available from all major retailers later this year, details on specific dates will be released closer to the games eventual release on Xbox 360, PC & PlayStation 3.

I am trying to uncover the armmageddon blade pieces, i’ve discovered 5 so far, but the last 2 are in locations that i’ve not nevertheless found and i are unable to seem to be to get to them at all. I wanted to get Darksiders simply because i liked the initial sport and i want to get it for inexpensive and on the pc it is £10 less costly to pre-order but i do not like the computer controls for the very first darksiders and i have a xbox Controller that is plugged into the computer and it works. I know the game isn’t really out but but some folks might know if the xbox Controller will work.
I know it is late but i remember when i bought my pc from the hp website it said that there is a free upgrade to windows 7 when it comes out. Is there any way i could redeem the offer now? If so what are the steps in order to do this? Thank you for your help.

I just got this game, opened the setup and it started installing. It’s still at the “extracting files” stage and it’s been longer then an hour, I think about two hours or so. When I look at the free space of the hdd it keeps adding and removing free space (mostly removing as the folder grows). Just how long is this game’s installment supposed to take? I know Mass Effect 2 (which has quite an imposing size) took a lot less, so what’s the deal with this game taking so long?
So virgil games announced that the players of darksiders will be awarded with the pauldron of the horseman and those who finish the story will be awarded with chaos fangs at darksiders 2 death lives I finished the first game 3 times (normal,2appoclyptic) but im geting no unlock messages and my offline inbox is empty why is that doi need to be online or somthing pls help its chewing me inside D:
Darksiders 2 is releasing this week August 14 and some of the reviews say its “like playing Legend of Zelda but better” they point out that the loot system, Mature Storyline, boss battles and puzzles are excellent.
None of the reviews so far that I know, has given Darksiders 2 anything less than a 93/100.
So if the best Legend of Zelda game is supposedly the best game ever, does this make Darksiders 2 the “new” best game ever?
