Square Enix announced today that the open beta for their forthcoming tactical MMORPG WAKFU has come to a close. In celebration, however, a new character class has been revealed: the “Eniripsa”.
Check out the new trailer for this healing focused class:
WAKFU is a tactical turn based MMORPG being developed by French game developer Ankama and published by Square Enix. Its based in the same fantasy universe as Ankama’s previously released Flash based MMORPG Dofus . The game boasts an anime style art style, 12 character classes, strategic combat, crafting and even national politics. It will be free to download and play with an optional premium monthly subscription of $6.00 which will give players access to more content. As is the current trend with MMO‘s, WAKFU will also support microtransactions with an in-game store offering cosmetic items.

WAKFU is set to be released on February 29. It will be among several other titles being showcased by Square Enix at this year’s Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco this coming March. For more info on the game, check out the official website.

Always wondered if this game was any good…
This game could have been so much better.
Interesting point of view.

Great developers behind this
Im sure you had fun writing this article eh?
Wow..just wow.
Always wondered if this game was any good…
I was wondering if any individual understands if square-enix is arranging to make any of the other video games into videos like ffv did with advent children. Is there any phrase at all? I would adore to see FFVII or FFX created into a movie.
I utilized to square enix to be a beta tester for the new Closing Fantasy XIV and i was just asking yourself if anyone who has by now used is ready to inform me about how long it will take sq. enix to e-mail you again with an answer. Thanks!
I produced an AMV from Closing Fantasy 7 Advent Children, I worked on it all day and now it can be blocked in all countries, the only individual who can look at it is me when I’m logged in. I genuinely want to add it as it took away a day of my life and since to me, it is rather neat.
So, how, if possible, do I get permission from Sq. Enix to use Last Fantasy: Introduction Children?
Thanks.
