One of the world’s most popular comic book characters swings back to the big screen with this new chapter in the Spider-Man legacy: The Amazing Spider-Man. This will focus on an untold story that tells a different side of the Peter Parker story. With this new trailer you gain a closer look into how the story will unfold.
New faces are reviled along in this new trailer, other than the new film star Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, with Martin Sheen and Sally Field.
The film is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay written by James Vanderbilt, based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Laura Ziskin, Avi Arad, and Matt Tolmach are producing the film in association with Marvel Entertainment for Columbia Pictures
The Amazing Spider-Man is the story of Peter Parker (Garfield), an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Sheen) and Aunt May (Field). Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Stone), and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents’ disappearance – leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors (Ifans), his father’s former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors’ alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.
The Amazing Spider-Man will open in theaters everywhere in 3D on July 3, 2012.

I’ve go through somewhere that there will be a new The Amazing Spider-Man trailer coming out subsequent month. Anyone else hype? I know I am! I’ve waited 7 months for this trailer to release!
I assume the Tobey Maguire version was really perfect. If the movie makers ended up just going to carry on the story right after the 3rd component of Spider-Man, I wouldn’t mind and say anything at all about it. But in accordance to what I saw in the shift trailer, I Am afraid Hollywoood actually desires to reboot the total tale (starting with the beginning when Peter Parker turns into contaminated by a small spider).

From what I’ve seen from The Avengers and The Amazing Spider-man new Trailer with the Lizard…I think Marvel Movies are Killing DC movies right now . I don’t think Batman Movie will beat Marvel .

i saw a clip of the new spiderman movie (not the trailer) and when he was on his web he didnt seem as steady as Toby Maguire like is legs in the new movie (Garfield) like he kept swinging his legs every where. Also in the clips i watched he seemed really mean instead of the first 3 movies and the costume doesnt match. it kinda of takes away from the spider man movies i use to know. does any one agree??
oh but i do like that they added in the web machine thingy that was in the comics i am happy about that and im not saying its going to be bad i do want to see it its just i feel little disappointed..

As some of you know Sony is making a reboot of spiderman called The Amazing Spider-man, they launched a trailer last year, but there is an all-new trailer out ( for the super bowl occasion), there seems to be a lot of action and shows a lot about the movie.

Hi, yesterday I recently bought “The Amazing Spider-man” for wii that game out about 1 – 2 weeks ago, I thought the game was going to be really good graphics for the wii since all the trailers on youtube were Xbox360s so I thought the graphics would be pretty good like ZTP [Zelda Twilight princess.] So I spent $55.99 on the game and then I just opened the game today & then I saw the graphics they were HORRIBLE the game wasn’t even CLOSE to the Xbox360 version.
I have a white Xbox360 but I don’t have the controller & the back plugs for it :L That’s why I bought the Wii version.
This is making me so mad because everything is so different, I can’t go outside and swing around the city like the xbox360 version the people look like retards. Spider-man looks so “dry & dead.”
Since I just opened the game, still have the case and everything in MINT condition, game is still new I spent $55.99 on it how much do you think they will give me?
If they give me $12.00 or something I will HONESTLY blow up, I even have the receipt and bag.

No shit the Wii has horrible graphics, in Twilight Princess the graphics are ACTUALLY good, and MUCH different from this game, this is why I was expecting better & bought it. I don’t have a controller or anything for my xbox360 you idiot do you think I had a choice to pick? No, so don’t judge me like an ass. The game has a lot of glitches as well so it proves they didn’t even try to develop it nicely, the scripts suck. I would of gotten the xbox360 version if I had the right stuff, I never used my xbox360 ever since I wasn’t interested in wii, ps3 or anything until this game came out which I have been waiting for, so shut up.

As most people know, there will be another spiderman movie. I was like “That trailer was horrible!” when I first saw it. I really like the first 3. But, I don’t think that the new movie “The Amazing Spider-Man”, will be that good. You know spiderman is a comical character, he cracks jokes in the middle of fights, etc….But, I don’t think this one will have that comical goodness. Its to serious, from the looks of the trailer. It looks like a DC movie, in the movie’s personality. I really don’t like DC characters, we all know the only reason anybody has anything to do with Batman is because of the Joker…I gotta admit that he’s the best super villain, but that’s all DC has. Marvel is just funnier and has better characters like, Deadpool, Spider-Man,etc…guys like them.
