The upcoming film Chronicle explores the idea of this notion with a plot that follows three friends as they discover that they have super powers.

This film is set to be released on February 3rd. It doesn’t exactly have the highest budget, but the previews seem to display some very impressive special effects featuring a young cast with young and ambitious film makers. While people are waiting to watch the Super Bowl during the weekend they could be interested in checking out a movie that very much seems like a comic book.
