  1. Hello and Thank You for answering my question. I have been reading that computers with solid state hard drives is the future because fast boot times, reliability etc. Anyone care to guess when public might be able to buy such a computer at a reasonable price ? I see one already at Staples but DELL solid state pc cost more than $2,000.00 . WOW !

  2. How long has SSDs (Solid State Drives) been available? I don’t like buying new technology right away, I’d much rather wait a while until they work out all the kinks in it.

I’m seriously considering buying the OCZ Vertex 2 (120GB version). My friend should be receiving his today, so I’ll be waiting to hear how it is.

  3. Hi, i was wondering about RAID, because I watched this video where a group of guys used Raid with 24 Solid State Hard drives, and i was wanting to get two SSD and use raid, but i don’t know how to use it.

  4. There two hard drive types that I know of, platter and solid state. How does each one work and what’s the difference?

P.S. Are there other types besides these?

  5. i have been asked that question by my teacher. both looks the same to me but there’s some difference it seems. so pls help..

I need a new phone, and I want the best phone out. So should I get the Droid X for Verizon for xmas, or should I wait till after CES 2011 to get a new cell phone for Verizon?

  9. I’m building a Cranial electrotherapy stimulation Device and, was wanted to know if I could apply the Concepts of a Dreamachine to get Alpha wave Patterns using the CES device. I also have a Couple of friends that are Epileptic and can’t use a Dreamachine; If I am able to create the same effects with the CES would the electronic pulse bypass their risk of seizure?

  10. …aside from your typical expenses, such as flight, hotel, car, meals, etc…And can these be recorded as business expenses? Anybody with experience with this, please comment.

Thanks in advance for your time.
I have already seen this schedule, but I want an explanation on it. Are there any other hidden costs not listed here?

If you have attended this event in the past or have registered for the upcoming CES 2011, please let me know if you had to pay any other costs, besides what’s listed.

    Thanks again.
