Kore Gang Now Available On Wii

Nintendo may be working themselves up for the release of the Nintendo Wii U, but the rest of the world is still looking at the stream of strong games being released on the Wii. Atari, one of the world’s most recognized publishers, is among them. Available now is the latest game from Atari and Pixonauts, titled The Kore Gang, an action platformer that’s full to the brim with crazy action.

The Kore Gang puts you in the shoes of three intrepid adventurers: Pixie, an acrobatic thrill-seeker who craves excitement; the not-so-agile, MadBoy, who has a big heart and even bigger fists; and, their pal Rex, a tiny yet fast
chihuahua with a very big bark. This trio of heroes must defend Manhattan from the attack of the evil subterranean Krank Brothers and their Krank tank.
Developed exclusively for Wii, The Kore Gang provides players with a vast underground universe to explore filled with loads of action and puzzles, a humorous story with highly entertaining characters and combat as well as one
of the most colorful and imaginative art styles to ever appear on the Wii. Each character in The Kore Gang provides the players with a distinct play experience and unique abilities.

Key features of the game are:

*        Classic Action Platforming:  The Kore Gang features hours of classic platforming, innovative and challenging puzzles and loads of action and combat.  In all, there are 30 levels and 6 distinct worlds worth of fun.

*        Play As 3 Unique Characters:  Pixie, Madboy and Rex each have a unique personality and play style as well as possessing  special skills and abilities that will be required to overcome the game’s many challenges.

*        Engaging Story and Characters:  Aside from the team of wacky core characters, The Kore Gang also features a host of other comical friends, enemies and bosses, including the slightly demented Dr. Samuelson and the terrible Krank Brothers.

*        Colorful and Imaginative Art Style:  The Kore Gang features an engaging and wacky art style that is highly original and totally appropriate for the colorful story.  Enemies are exaggerated and comical, environments are vivid and imaginative and combat animations are exciting and varied.

The Kore Gang is available now for Nintedo Wii for $19.99
