Battlefield vs Call of Duty — Raptr Showdown Promo [Contest]

Two of our favorite first person titles are going head to head in a Raptr showdown! and Call of Duty are going to battle on which is the better first person shooter during this promo. If you download or previously use Raptr make sure you participate in the questions on the promo page for chances to win epic prizes. Questions will be asked until November 20 to win a custom sponsored by Origin PC and modded by Boddaker. Boddaker was the person who built this TRON case mod. Pretty awesome prize to win eh? We think so!

Playing Battlefield or Call of Duty while using the Raptr client will get you chances to win $1,000 worth of free games too!  There is so much stuff to win it is crazy! The play to win event ends on December 6th. This is event consists of you playing your favorite game and owning achievements.     What are the best first person shooter games for pc? I want newest and the baddest. All the games I have I already won. Games I won:

    Far Cry, Half Life2, Pain Killer, Call of Duty 1 and 2, Played Doom 3 but didnt really liked it. What are some other games like these? Is F.E.A.R., Quake 4 and Prey any good? What other are there?

    I am designing a list of things that would increase the reality of first person shooter video games. This includes things such as teamwork, gun failure, physics, human interactions, and storylines. I am inspired by Deus Ex, but saw it’s limitations. Counter-Strike also has many limitations. One example is the player can fire 42 .50 AE rounds from a Desert Eagle and not have a sore wrist. I shot four rounds from a .50 caliber revolver and my hand started shaking and didn’t stop for ten minutes. I just want to know what you guys think should go into a realistic shooting game. Please be realisitic in your answer. Thanks.

    When I first heard of Battlefield 3 I thought

    “Oh f*ck, another Call of Duty shooter. I’m getting sick of those.”

    But I’ve heard that not only is BF3 different, but far superior. What is the difference between the Call of Duty series, and the Battlefield series?

    Bad Company 2 seems to have an “immature” type of campaign. But Battlefield 3 is all “mature” with actual war scenarios. Why is this? Why is the mentality of these 2-games different?

    I would please like your average time on hard mode on battlefield 3 campaign please… I am a player that has gotten the MVP achievement on my third game on multiplayer so what would you think??? Thank you very much for your response! By the way California is cold right now.

    I was just wondering, because I have the first one (haven’t finished it), don’t have the second one and I had heard that it wasn’t the next Bad Company but the sequel to one of the older Battlefield games. If it isn’t a sequel to BC, then what is it a sequel to? Thanks.

    I’ve had Battlefield 2 for quite awhile now, but I just recently made an online account and I’m eager to get awards and promotions; however, my BFHQ isn’t recording my time or awards. It states that I last played my account they day I made it over a month ago, but I have been playing online ever since. I know that in order to get awards you need to play on ranked servers and I have gotten awards in-game (such as airborne and spec ops awards), but they’re not being recorded. Any comments or suggestions? Also, do you have to play on ranked servers in order to get points for promotions?

    This is someone who is only liked by two person with rank. Everyone else does not see high quality work from this person, the person is just favored above all other soldiers for snitching on other fellow soldiers. Never been in a leadership position and knows nothing about their MOS. Just works in the orderly room, so this is the situation. If this battlefield promotion gets approved this person will be a E-6 in three years, never having even been a squad leader.

    How do people get custom images for their Battlefield 3 server? Usually people who buy their own servers have their own thumbnail picture when the server is loading into the match. How do they get them?
