Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition Details

Amazon and other online retailers are starting to take pre-orders for March 2012′s release of Mass Effect 3. Included in being able to reserve your copy are the details of the collector’s edition. The cover will feature both male and female Shepard and will have the following goodies:

Premium metal case featuring male and female Commander Shepard
70-page hardbound art book
Limited edition Mass Effect comic by Dark Horse Comics
Fabric N7 patch.
Exclusive 4×6 lithographic print of the SR-2 Alliance Normandy
Additional in-game content including
N7 Arsenal Pack – Bring the firepower with the N7 Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, and Pistol.

Yesterday was launch day…the collector’s edition should have been on my door step…all I got was this:
“As you are aware this item released today, March 6. Due to the recent severe weather in the Midwest your shipment may be delayed. Please go to My Account to check the status of your order and tracking details.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.”

Anyone else have a delayed shipment? Or am i flying solo?

Alright, so i bought hard copy of Mass Effect 3, installed it, played it. Long story short, i want to upgrade to the Collector’s Edition, which i bought also hard copy. I thought this would be a simple upgrade process like on battle.net, but no, i’ve looked around forums and stuff saying you can only have 1 copy on Origin, an that i’m pretty much screwed. Also, i’ve read about removing the game accessing the Origin hidden cache. There must be a way to do this, my only thought is to remove the game from Origin ( the normal ME ) an then install the CE. Would that work ? Help.

I have the N7 collector’s edition, punched in the code for all the dlc content, and just finished the game without playing From Ashes; now the game puts me back at Cerberus station and I want to play this mission. Ideas?

P.S. on the DLC paper code sheet there is a second code that says “coming soon. enter the code below to unlock a powerful new squad member and learn about the last days of the Prothean Empire! Check masseffect.com for more details and availabilty. There is no place to input the code on the main menu since I did that once. Please help!

I beat mass effect 1 and 2, and i’ve heard that the ending of mass effect 3 is disappointing.However, is the rest of the game disappointing? Or is the gameplay and story as good as the two previous titles, and the ending was the only bad part.

Okay so I recently got mass effect 2 and I love the game. I know just like the first mass effect you can get into a relationship with one of your crew members but I never completely understood how it worked. Does being male or female decide what crew members you can get into a relationship with or can you get into a relationship with anyone in your crew dispite your gender?
